These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website officialtaxisplit.com and the booking of taxi and transfer services provided by Official j.d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").
By booking a transfer or using our services, the customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Passenger", "You", or "Client") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Official j.d.o.o. provides passenger transport services. We strive to provide high-quality transfers using professional drivers.
Outsourcing: The Passenger acknowledges and agrees that the Company reserves the right to outsource transfers. We may utilize independent contractors, partner companies, or third-party drivers to fulfill your booking. All third-party providers are vetted to ensure they meet our service standards.
Right to Refuse: Official j.d.o.o. maintains the full right to decline, reject, or cancel any ride, transfer, or booking request at our sole discretion. This right may be exercised at any time, before or during the booking process.
No Explanation Required: The Company is not obligated to provide a specific reason or explanation for the refusal or cancellation of service.
We understand that travel plans can change. However, to manage availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies strictly:
Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. If a pre-payment was made, a full refund will be issued.
If the transfer is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the full price of the transfer (100%) will be charged. No refunds will be issued for pre-paid transfers canceled within this timeframe.
If the Passenger fails to appear at the agreed pickup location within a reasonable time (without contacting us), it will be treated as a Late Cancellation, and the full price will be charged.
Official j.d.o.o. is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
We collect personal data necessary to provide our service, including but not limited to: Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Pickup/Drop-off Locations, and Flight Details.
Your data is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the transport contract, communicating with you regarding the transfer, and billing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
In cases where we outsource your ride (as per Section 2), necessary contact and location details will be shared with the independent contractor or partner driver solely for the purpose of completing the transfer.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us via email.
The Company will do its utmost to ensure the punctual arrival of the vehicle. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to: heavy traffic, road accidents, weather conditions, police checkpoints, or mechanical failures.
The Company is not liable for any damaged or lost luggage, though we will make every effort to assist in recovering lost property left in our vehicles.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
In the event of any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the Commercial Court in Split (Trgovački sud u Split) is exclusively authorized and has jurisdiction.
